Estimate & Coste

To use parametric estimating, first divide a project into units of work. Then, you must determine the cost per unit, and then multiply the number of units by the costper unit to estimate the total cost.




4. Note: 1 1/2" thick PCC in DPC including two coats of hot bitumen & 2 sheets of Polythene. Quantity of BOQ item No.5=55.50xO.125 

(i) Dry material for 100 cft of cement concrete 

(ii) Bitumen for 100 sft of DPC (first coat)
